How it works, step by step
- Ask for a quote. Tell us where it’s going, roughly what’s inside, how many boxes and about how heavy. “Not sure” is fine — we’ll weigh and measure at the office.
- We confirm the price and what’s included. Air cargo is priced per chargeable kilo (the greater of actual and volumetric weight) plus documentation and handling. We tell you what the receiver pays in Bangladesh.
- Bring your boxes, or ask about collection. Drop off at Unit 4, 1–11 Assembly Passage, E1 4UT — Mon–Fri 10–6, Sat 10–5; drop-off and pick-up parking available. Collection from your home can sometimes be arranged — ask us; it depends on where you are and the size of the shipment.
- We check, pack and document. Every box is weighed, checked for restricted items, labelled and listed on the air waybill. Bring the sender’s and receiver’s ID details — Bangladesh customs need them.
- It flies. We arrange a suitable available flight to Sylhet or Dhaka and give you the air waybill number and planned flight.
- Collection or delivery in Bangladesh. Your receiver collects at the airport cargo terminal with the documents we send, or our appointed agent in Bangladesh clears and delivers for you.

Questions people ask us
What is the maximum weight per box?
Airlines set a per-package limit for personal cargo and it changes from time to time. We’ll tell you the current limit when you ask for a quote and help you split heavier items across boxes.
What does the receiver need in Bangladesh?
Their national ID (NID) or passport, the air waybill we give you, and the collection instructions we send when the cargo lands. Customs may ask for the sender’s passport or ID details, which is why we record them at booking.
Will the receiver pay duty?
Used personal belongings and modest gift quantities are normally treated differently from new commercial goods, but the final decision is Bangladesh Customs’. We advise on what typically applies to your contents; we cannot guarantee a duty amount.
Do you supply boxes and packing?
Packing help is available at the office — ask about cartons and tape when you book. See the packing guide for how to pack so nothing gets damaged or opened.
Can I send medicines?
Some medicines can be sent with the right paperwork; others cannot go by air cargo at all. Tell us the medicine name, quantity and whether you have a prescription — a member of staff will check and confirm before you bring it in. We never accept medicine without a check.
